Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues across components of critical business systems.
- Monitor applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective resolutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for a reusable knowledge base.
- Contribute to improvements in support processes and tools.
- Provide timely stakeholders updates on issue status and resolution progress.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Spring Boot is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Spring Boot is required.
- Experience with Java programming and related frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex software issues.
- Familiarity with application monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
