Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end custom applications across UI, business logic, data, and integration layers.
- Create, query, and manipulate databases and APIs and develop front-end and back-end web components.
- Ensure code quality through architecture reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
- Apply cloud engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to define solutions and strategic priorities.
- Monitor system health, resolve stability and scalability issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve problems, establish effective techniques, and help the team meet its objectives.
- Provide informal day-to-day supervision, coaching, activity coordination, and quality oversight when needed.
Requirements
- A required four-year college degree with a mathematical background.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with full-stack Java/JEE development and Python.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and web application development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to financial calculation is preferred.
