Base Salary
$120k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect AI agent behaviors that navigate legacy systems, government portals, and third-party platforms through browser interfaces
- Build backend systems for millions of transactions, thousands of entities, and sub-second risk decisions
- Develop and optimize ML and deep-research pipelines that prevent entity confusion and factual hallucinations
- Build and maintain a global risk graph of people, companies, and signals across languages and regulations
- Implement distributed inference, caching, queue orchestration, and self-healing data pipelines on AWS
- Own features vertically and ship product functionality end-to-end
Requirements
- Ability to solve problems end-to-end across agent behaviors, backend systems, ML pipelines, and product features
- High standards for quality, including attention to edge cases and robust error handling
- Interest in advancing AI agent capabilities and experimenting with current models
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs, blockers, and decisions clearly
- Ability to work productively with limited process and information
- Motivation to build systems that help prevent money laundering and terrorism financing
