Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions and applications across the full software development lifecycle.
- Build and maintain APIs, event-driven integrations, and microservices.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to architectural and engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, operations, and delivery teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in software engineering and systems integration using Java or Go.
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures, Kafka, relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL, and GitLab pipelines.
- Experience with solution design, coding, testing, deployment, production support, and automated quality assurance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, OSS/BSS platforms, or telecommunications environments is highly regarded.
