Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade Go applications and integration services across the full software development lifecycle.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions with strong performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering decisions while mentoring engineers.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver solutions for complex business and operational challenges.
- Provide end-to-end ownership of production solutions and contribute hands-on coding and solution design.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of commercial experience developing and deploying Go applications.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver production-grade applications and own solutions end to end.
- Deep expertise in Go development, including concurrent processing, design patterns, performance optimization, testing, and code quality practices.
- Experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, GitLab, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Strong experience with APIs, microservices, and software delivery practices.
- Ability to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, solve complex problems, and engage stakeholders effectively.
