Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow custom applications, workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and related modules.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Support platform upgrades, architectural improvements, performance optimization, technical governance, and ongoing platform evolution.
- Contribute to ServiceNow migration and consolidation initiatives, including application assessment, redesign, configuration migration, and data transition.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and adherence to development and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Security, and vendor teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the long-term ServiceNow platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience delivering solutions across core ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience with the full ServiceNow platform lifecycle, including upgrades, architectural evolution, performance optimization, and technical governance.
- Experience with ServiceNow migration, consolidation, or transformation initiatives, including customization, integration, and data migration assessment.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications and services.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub; Discovery and Service Mapping experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience also considered.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is highly valued; CAD, CIS, or other advanced ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
