Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize the Control Assurance Framework.
- Tailor global security standards to fit Coupang's environment.
- Analyze security incidents and formulate governance strategies.
- Utilize security metrics for risk assessments and mitigation controls.
- Communicate complex risk profiles to technical teams.
- Elevate the technical capability of the GRC team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Security GRC, Information Security, or Security Engineering.
- In-depth expertise in global security frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
- Strong technical knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
- Demonstrated risk and data-centric mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
