Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale software solutions supporting strategic business and customer needs.
- Drive technical direction across multiple engineering teams and ensure scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
- Champion automation, observability, modern engineering practices, and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership that elevates engineering standards and organizational capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems and enterprise platforms.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, API design, event-driven systems, and modern software engineering practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence architecture decisions, lead complex technical initiatives, and align multiple engineering teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical excellence and business outcomes.
