Base Salary

$152k - $221k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale tools, platforms, solutions, and best practices for agencies and partners globally.
  • Design, implement, and optimize complex, cross-product customized engineering solutions for global customers.
  • Collect requirements and provide technical guidance, best practices, and innovative applications of advertising products and technologies.
  • Develop solutions to business problems faced by agencies and partners.
  • Identify trends and develop solutions to reach advertisers and drive business goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve products, tools, services, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Six years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
  • Six years of experience coding with one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
  • Preferred: MBA or master’s degree in a related technical field.
  • Preferred: experience with ad tech products such as ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics.
  • Preferred: experience with advertising, first-party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video advertising, and search advertising.
  • Preferred: understanding of engineering solutions built for scale and skills in project management, people management, leadership, problem solving, and data-driven proposal development.
