Responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Transform the software development lifecycle using AI-driven frameworks and automation.
- Design scalable AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, enterprise APIs, and intelligent automation.
- Perform end-to-end software development, including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Lead client discovery sessions and workshops, identify AI opportunities, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define solution roadmaps and implementation strategies while leading technical delivery and innovation initiatives.
- Build executive client relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Create reusable frameworks and best practices that improve software engineering productivity.
- Lead teams through execution and delivery.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as a senior AI lead or architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Gemini, Cursor AI, Claude, Claude Code, Devin AI, Python, AI agents, MCP, RAG, enterprise API integration, GitHub, and AI-assisted development.
- Experience building and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Strong software engineering expertise across the development lifecycle.
- Technical depth combined with client-facing consulting and executive relationship skills.
- Ability to lead teams through execution, create reusable engineering frameworks, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Cloud platform knowledge is beneficial but secondary to proven AI engineering expertise.
