Base Salary
$121k - $151k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technology transformation and marketing innovation by scoping, integrating, and enabling new capabilities across the MarTech stack
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and phased delivery plans
- Own solutions engineering across internal MarTech systems, including integration scoping, scalable architecture design, and end-to-end capability builds
- Design data integrations and API- or event-based connections between internal systems for content creation, marketing insights, and stack evolution
- Partner with Customer Marketing, Technology, and Product teams to define requirements and integration approaches
- Evaluate build-versus-buy tradeoffs with Data Engineering, Product, and Platform teams
- Define technical standards for onboarding new tools and maintain an evolving solutions architecture
- Identify capability gaps and source appropriate internal solutions or external partners
- Champion prioritization and ways of working across commercial, marketing, and product functions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, transformation, or solutions engineering role leadership is preferred
- Experience developing new capabilities and implementing solutions across multiple third-party marketing technology partners
- Expertise developing personalized customer marketing campaigns through marketing technology, promotional or offer management platforms, and data warehouses
- Hands-on experience integrating MarTech tools with internal systems through APIs or event pipelines
- Strong collaboration skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders across products
- Experience driving adoption of ideas and operations through coaching, influence, and collaboration
- Familiarity with the OKR goal-setting framework
- Experience with project and delivery management platforms such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com
- Comfort working alongside engineering teams in agile or sprint-based environments
