Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) registration, login, consent, and profile-management solutions.
Customize CDC workflows and policies to meet business requirements.
Integrate SAP CDC with SAP Commerce Cloud and third-party applications.
Configure and manage CDC APIs, webhooks, and extensions.
Implement authentication, SSO, authorization, identity federation, consent management, and data-protection practices.
Troubleshoot user authentication, data-flow, and integration issues.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.
Support deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of CDC implementations.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data-privacy requirements.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya).
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and web-services integration.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and web application development.
Experience integrating SAP Commerce Cloud or other SAP CX products.
Knowledge of IAM concepts including OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
Experience implementing SSO and social identity providers.
Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD practices.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with the SAP CX ecosystem, including Commerce, Marketing, or Sales Cloud, is preferred.
Knowledge of JDK upgrades, middleware integration, API gateways, security and compliance frameworks, and SAP CDC/Gigya certification is preferred.

Hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the Dublin office 2–3 days per week.
