Base Salary

$169k - $226k/yr

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, design, build, and other phases of full-lifecycle Oracle implementations.
Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, functional designs, process designs, scenarios, and process flows.
Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
Create training materials and quick reference guides and conduct end-user training.
Provide post-production support and define support procedures.
Work with clients to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives.
Deliver complex and time-sensitive projects, conduct meetings, and prepare technically oriented documents.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours and utilization expectations.
Travel as needed, with expected travel of up to 40%.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus.
At least 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function serving cross-industry clients nationally.
At least 4 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
An industry-recognized professional certification is required.
Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Applications and exposure to or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, software development lifecycles, key metrics, reports, application integration, and back-end data connectivity applications.
Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, client engagement, and project delivery skills.
