Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business and technology strategy.
- Lead architecture across D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain applications as relevant.
- Define integration, data migration, security, and extensibility strategies using Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and Microsoft integration services.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and governance across implementation and transformation programmes.
- Oversee integration design across D365, M365, and third-party systems using Power Platform and custom connectors.
- Champion AI Copilot and Copilot Studio adoption and translate Microsoft Power Platform roadmap capabilities into client value.
- Act as the senior client contact, lead executive steering committees and workshops, and manage expectations, risks, and escalations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop distributed delivery teams of 10–30+ across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
- Own programme P&L, revenue recognition, margin management, cost forecasting, change control, and contract adherence.
- Support proposals, bid responses, solution shaping, account growth, and internal capability development.
Requirements
- Experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform or D365 technology programmes, including complex multi-workstream enterprise programmes in regulated industries.
- Proven experience as a D365 Solution or Technical Architect with strong knowledge of D365 architecture, integrations, security, and data migration.
- Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, cloud enterprise architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical teams and distributed delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
- Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, executive advisory, and programme leadership skills.
- Experience in consulting, systems integration, or managed services environments.
- Experience with commercial relationships, contract negotiation, change control, scope management, bids, proposals, and solution architecture documents.
- Strong business acumen and ability to explain technology ROI and business value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP Practitioner certification.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are desirable.
- Experience working with Microsoft ATU, STU, or CSU account teams and in Financial Services, Insurance, or UK Public Sector is advantageous.
- AB-100 is identified as the architect-level capstone certification covering agentic AI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and D365 solution design.
