Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to understand AI priorities and design secure, scalable solutions that drive business value and production adoption.
- Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, and production engagements for Azure AI applications and agents.
- Work with Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, Agent365, Microsoft IQs, LLMs, GitHub, app platforms, RAG, integration services, and supporting data services.
- Identify next-best technical actions, new AI use cases, adoption blockers, and opportunities to expand successful solutions.
- Develop and reuse technical IP, reference architectures, solution patterns, and engineering assets.
- Generate incremental pipeline from customer engagements and contribute customer feedback to engineering teams.
- Deliver technical workshops, readiness activities, architecture reviews, and customer or partner skilling.
- Share knowledge and mentor others to accelerate customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and strong experience in AI, GitHub, AI Governance, AI agent development, agents, LLMs, or related technologies, IT consulting, support, or architecture; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Proven and demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience developing and reusing technical IP, reference architectures, solution patterns, and engineering assets to improve quality and accelerate delivery.
