Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical design, customer workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and solution recommendations aligned with Agentforce.
- Design and operationalize enterprise data and AI architectures integrating Data Cloud, CRM, MuleSoft APIs, hyperscalers, data lakes, governance frameworks, and external agent endpoints.
- Build rapid prototypes and demos integrating Agentforce with external agents, services, voice channels, and agent frameworks.
- Configure conversational and background agents using Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder.
- Lead prompt design, testing, monitoring, iteration, and agent lifecycle strategy.
- Own architecture decisions involving data modeling, identity resolution, real-time and batch patterns, data graph design, and activation strategies within D360.
- Create thought leadership, technical documentation, knowledge bases, FAQs, demo templates, whitepapers, and enablement sessions.
- Support early post-sale proof-of-value engagements by tuning agents and guiding customers toward self-sufficient enablement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical advisory experience partnering with Account Executives on enterprise deal cycles.
- Experience designing and delivering AI, generative AI, and data architectures using platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, Databricks, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Snowflake, or Palantir.
- Hands-on experience building, prototyping, or solutioning with OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, Cursor, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, conversational or background agents, voice AI integrations, or open protocols such as MCP and A2A.
- Experience leading technical discovery workshops and rapid proof-of-value prototypes for C-suite stakeholders and enterprise architects.
- Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Agentforce Studio, or Data Cloud/D360.
- Preferred: experience with voice pipelines, MLOps, vector search, or custom model fine-tuning.
- Preferred: BS or MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
