Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deploy, and support Salesforce.com cloud application solutions for internal business teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce changes, enhancements, and technical documentation.
- Build business logic through visual workflows focused on user experience.
- Provide technical support across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success groups.
- Develop technical designs, integration architectures, and solution recommendations.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to develop consistent solutions and functional integrations.
- Perform design and code reviews and manage releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS/CIS, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
- Experience with at least one large Salesforce implementation involving multiple releases, change management, or multi-locale deployment.
- Knowledge of APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOAP or REST-based web services, and SOQL.
- Experience integrating NetSuite, Conga, and DocuSign with Salesforce and automating quote-to-cash processes.
- Strong knowledge of integration design and development best practices, governor limits, and code reviews.
- Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes for code coverage.
- Experience with Java, MATLAB, Python, HTML, or other languages is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are preferred, and Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
