Base Salary
$152k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with partner teams to understand workflows through shadowing and learning different job functions.
- Scope, design, deploy, and iterate agents that automate workflows across internal organizations.
- Integrate agents with internal systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and feedback loops to measure and improve agent performance.
- Build shared tooling and deployment playbooks while owning reliability, adoption, and business impact.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in engineering, technical product or program management, applied AI, or a similar technical role, with a record of shipping AI or automation systems to production.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agent frameworks, and tool-use patterns such as MCP, function calling, and RAG across data, APIs, orchestration, and product layers.
- Experience designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query performance tuning, and schema design.
- Ability to decompose human workflows into scalable agentic systems.
- Strong ownership and cross-functional influence, with the ability to build trust across teams and seniority levels.
- Experience automating back-office functions is a bonus.
- Experience with OpenClaw, Hermes, or other general-purpose agent harnesses is a bonus.

- The role is based in the San Francisco office with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three coordinated in-office days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
