Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications and intelligent AI-driven solutions.
- Build APIs, services, microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Integrate LLMs and develop AI agents, orchestration workflows, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval solutions.
- Design and deliver production-grade multi-agent and multimodal AI systems, including document image classification and form extraction.
- Integrate agentic solutions across Oracle, Azure, Pega, ServiceNow, and UiPath platforms.
- Make architectural decisions, guide cross-skilling engineers, mentor team members, and drive delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, software engineers, data engineers, and AI/ML teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering are listed as required degrees.
- 5–8 years of professional software development and cloud engineering experience.
- 4–5 years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience covering architecture and production deployments.
- At least 4 years of production-level Python development, including FastAPI, asynchronous patterns, and enterprise-grade APIs.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Azure AI services and LLM or agentic AI integrations.
- Strong hands-on Java, Core Java, object-oriented programming, data structures, design patterns, system design, and software architecture experience.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM application development, prompt engineering, function and tool calling, RAG, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval.
- Familiarity with Oracle Agentic Studio or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Pega Platform, ServiceNow Now Platform, Azure Form Recognizer, and UiPath RPA.
- Experience with Pega decision strategies and case management APIs, and ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and REST APIs.
- Ability to build and evaluate complete RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems end to end.
- Healthcare GCC or BPO delivery experience is required or preferred as listed.
- Azure certifications AZ-305, AZ-304, and AI-102 are listed among the mandatory or preferred skill sets.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Web UI development is listed as a required skill.
