Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, integrate, administer, and support the Archer GRC platform and related technologies.
- Create Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, reports, data feeds, and custom solutions.
- Lead or support platform installation, patching, upgrades, maintenance, environment migrations, testing, and production support.
- Develop API integrations, custom scripts, database connections, and technical solutions for GRC process automation.
- Specify and design GRC systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, and supporting processes.
- Gather and analyze requirements, evaluate solution options, perform impact analyses, and translate stakeholder expectations into implementation designs and written artifacts.
- Support data quality, data access governance, user provisioning, profile updates, and related review processes.
- Assist with project plans, budgets, milestones, status reporting, technical documentation, and project management artifacts.
- Perform customer and technical walkthroughs, training, problem resolution, decision-making, and expectation management.
- Support application performance optimization, disaster recovery, high availability, platform resiliency, and troubleshooting across environments.
- Maintain knowledge of GRC technology and process solutions and contribute to training, education, commercialization, and knowledge management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance technology is required, preferably in healthcare or a healthcare-related industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT discipline, process improvement, and system architecture is required.
- Preferred experience includes 5+ years of Archer administration, development, and platform configuration.
- Preferred experience includes Archer solution design, questionnaire development, workflows, dashboards, reports, data feeds, API integration, SQL development, and data troubleshooting.
- Preferred experience includes custom application development using JavaScript, .NET, C#, or similar technologies.
- Preferred experience includes supporting Windows Server, IIS, and on-premises enterprise application environments.
- Preferred experience includes Archer installations, upgrades, patch management, environment migrations, disaster recovery, high availability, platform resiliency, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of GRC, risk and control frameworks, assessment methodologies, audit, cybersecurity, and healthcare payer/provider processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, decision-making, resource planning, and stakeholder influence skills are required.
- Preferred certifications include CISA, CISSP, Archer Certified Administrator – Expert, or Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
