Responsibilities
- Design simple to moderate cloud application features according to specifications.
- Develop and maintain cloud application modules while adhering to security policies.
- Design test plans and develop, execute, and automate test cases for assigned code.
- Deploy code and troubleshoot issues in application modules and deployment environments.
- Collaborate with project managers, development partners, technical contributors, technical writers, and managers on technical solutions and delivery.
- Analyze data processing, system administration, and network problems and implement application solutions.
- Contribute technical ideas and recommendations to cloud service offerings and application development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
- Master’s degree is desirable.
- Typically 2–4 years of experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Golang, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud-native applications, developer tools, managed services, and next-generation databases.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, continuous integration and deployment, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies and work effectively with team members.
