Base Salary

$120k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Own features from customer discovery through production and iterate based on weekly customer interviews.
Build intuitive React user interfaces for complex blueprint and hardware data.
Develop Python backend services and supporting infrastructure across the full stack.
Architect and build 0-to-1 products from raw ideas into production-ready software.
Translate customer domain knowledge into clear product decisions and shape product direction.
Handle operational work required to help a seed-stage team move quickly.

Demonstrated ability to build and ship software across the full stack; all experience levels, including new graduates, are welcome.
Hands-on experience with React for customer-facing UIs and Python for backend services and infrastructure.
Experience owning features end to end with direct customer engagement.
Comfort designing architecture and building products from scratch; 0-to-1 experience is a strong plus.
Strong product taste, user-focused design sensibility, communication skills, empathy, and growth mindset.
Bonus: experience building and shipping products used or paid for by customers, including founder or early-startup experience.
Bonus: familiarity with construction, blueprints, or related domain knowledge.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Salary of $120,000–$180,000 USD annually.
Equity participation is expected at this stage.
On-site role in San Francisco with required in-office presence; relocation is welcome.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
