Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end integration architectures for Device Subscription Services and Device-as-a-Service within client environments.
- Map client systems and processes to DSS and DaaS workflows across procurement, provisioning, asset management, support, billing, and disposal.
- Design APIs, data flows, system interfaces, integration patterns, data models, and synchronization approaches.
- Assess client IT landscapes, identify gaps, and define required process, policy, governance, compliance, and security changes.
- Support solutioning, deal phases, effort estimation, implementation, delivery, integration readiness, and go-live validation.
- Create reusable integration blueprints, reference architectures, interface specifications, runbooks, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Facilitate client workshops and serve as the primary integration interface among clients, Unisys teams, OEMs, suppliers, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks and define data governance, ownership, quality controls, SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, API standardization, platform consolidation, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to DSS playbooks, integration guides, sales enablement, pre-sales, business development, and integration strategy.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, system integration, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong experience with ITSM, asset management, and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and SAP.
- Proven experience designing and implementing system integrations and data flows.
- Experience with device lifecycle or managed workplace services is preferred.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, especially Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Integration.
- Experience creating high-level design and low-level design documents and workflows.
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, integration technologies, data models, data mapping, synchronization, and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to design scalable and repeatable integration architectures and familiarity with automation, digital experience, and analytics platforms.
- Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, documentation, presentation, executive engagement, and business communication skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, pragmatic, collaborative, self-driven, and able to influence without direct authority in global distributed teams.
