Responsibilities

Mentor and guide junior QA testers through training and support.
Lead testing efforts for more complex projects and conduct post-release or post-implementation testing.
Create test data, execute manual test cases, and analyze results.
Perform usability, functional, regression, and day-to-day data testing.
Evaluate product functionality against specifications and provide input on software quality and usability.
Document defects in bug-tracking tools such as JIRA and report bugs to development teams.
Troubleshoot issues, communicate risks, and maintain current test documentation and reports.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Testers, Product Owners, development teams, and onshore and offshore testing teams.

Experience with QA testing, including manual test execution, functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, and post-release testing.
Experience with Playwright and TypeScript, as indicated by the job title.
Ability to mentor junior testers and lead testing for complex projects.
Ability to create test data, analyze results, document defects, and communicate quality risks.
Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered.
