Senior QA Tester - Playwright and TypeScript-Future Roles (India)

Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide junior QA testers through training and support.
- Lead testing efforts for more complex projects and conduct post-release or post-implementation testing.
- Create test data, execute manual test cases, and analyze results.
- Perform usability, functional, regression, and day-to-day data testing.
- Evaluate product functionality against specifications and provide input on software quality and usability.
- Document defects in bug-tracking tools such as JIRA and report bugs to development teams.
- Troubleshoot issues, communicate risks, and maintain current test documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Testers, Product Owners, development teams, and onshore and offshore testing teams.
Requirements
- Experience with QA testing, including manual test execution, functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, and post-release testing.
- Experience with Playwright and TypeScript, as indicated by the job title.
- Ability to mentor junior testers and lead testing for complex projects.
- Ability to create test data, analyze results, document defects, and communicate quality risks.
- Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered.
