Responsibilities
- Write, test, and debug software for complex and critical components.
- Collaborate on requirements, design reviews, code reviews, and software specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and subject matter guidance to team members.
- Research and propose solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
- Assess and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of relevant software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
- Strong programming, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Advanced degree, relevant certifications, or training are preferred.
- Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
