Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite Lead Architect for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across NOC, SOC, network operations, service assurance, and incident management.
- Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions covering operating models, alarm flows, ticket lifecycles, triage, escalation paths, and operational pain points.
- Define Agentic AI solution architectures for alarm correlation, event deduplication, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, incident enrichment, ticket automation, and closed-loop remediation.
- Design integration patterns across alarms, events, incidents, topology, inventory, logs, metrics, traces, and operational knowledge.
- Partner with AWS, customer network teams, operations teams, and engineering stakeholders on secure, scalable, cloud-native telecom platforms.
- Lead solutioning, proofs of concept, end-to-end technical delivery, and executive presentations focused on operational efficiency, service reliability, network resilience, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with offshore, business, network, security, operations, product, and engineering stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software development, solution delivery, or technology consulting.
- Strong experience with telecom operations, particularly NOC or OSS, incident and ticket processes, and service assurance.
- Practical experience defining AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI use cases for enterprise operations.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into agent features, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Knowledge of software architecture, SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Proven experience conducting client workshops, requirements-discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.
