Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and delivery leadership on technical discovery, proof-of-concept scoping, live demonstrations, and technical proposals.
- Design and lead hands-on enablement sessions for groups of 20 or more engineers or technical business users.
- Configure and explain agentic coding workflows, custom skills, MCP server integrations, subagent orchestration, permission models, and tool access.
- Answer detailed questions about architecture, context management, data flow, security posture, governance, audit trails, and failure modes.
- Translate Claude Code and Claude Cowork capabilities into client business cases and identify follow-on engagement opportunities.
- Create reusable demo repositories, sample skills, workshop curricula, and reference architectures.
- Track technical adoption, workshop-to-pipeline conversion, and follow-on scope generated.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
- Deep, current, hands-on fluency with Claude Code and Claude Cowork, including skills, MCP servers, subagents, and permission scopes.
- A named example of an agentic AI system or workflow built by the candidate, such as a custom skill, MCP integration, multi-step agent workflow, or CI/CD pipeline with an agent in the loop.
- Experience presenting to audiences of 20 or more technical participants and addressing skeptical senior engineers independently.
- Pre-sales or technical sales engineering experience involving discovery calls, live demonstrations, SOW scoping, or technical proposal input.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and identify automation opportunities.
- A track record of converting technical sessions into scoped follow-on engagements, measurable through pipeline or expansion revenue.
- Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments, including security and governance reviews of AI tooling.
- Preferred: experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Preferred: experience as a sales engineer or solutions consultant at an enterprise software or AI company.
- Preferred: contributions to Anthropic-based tooling such as custom MCP servers, shared skill libraries, or agent orchestration frameworks.
