Responsibilities
- Own post-sale onboarding end-to-end and help users realize value from their first interaction.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor by mapping customer workflows to Rox.
- Deliver demos, trainings, and live solutioning sessions remotely and in person.
- Run integration and scoping sessions with GTM and RevOps teams for high-impact proofs of concept.
- Capture customer feedback and use cases to inform product roadmaps and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to create documentation, playbooks, and enablement content.
- Drive user activation and expansion through compelling value narratives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS supporting technical customer relationships in a pre-sale or post-sale capacity.
- Experience with SQL and at least one scripting language for working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with GTM methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work across onboarding, sales engineering, and customer success in a hybrid role.
- Strong execution mindset and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in scaling work through process, tooling, and collaboration.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
