Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop full stack software and systems from vision through production.
- Build user interfaces using modern UI libraries and develop middleware-based services.
- Oversee and mentor a development team as it adopts new tools and techniques.
- Identify system improvements and ensure solutions account for current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
- Help clients address complex challenges using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Maintain software quality as the user base grows.
- Integrate and deploy software using modern infrastructure and observability technologies.
Requirements
- Experience building user interfaces with modern UI libraries such as React or Next.js.
- Experience with basic computer administration, including software installation, system configuration, and networking.
- Experience with Git and automated pipeline builds such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of middleware frameworks such as Express, Flask, Spring, or FastAPI.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Required experience is 16+ years with a high school diploma or GED, 12+ years with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with a master's degree.
- Preferred qualifications include LLM and RAG integration, production-grade Python, Docker and Kubernetes or Swarm, prototyping, cybersecurity-related work, and experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, AWS, HAProxy, Elastic, or APM.
- Excellent communication skills are preferred.
