Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and rollback strategies.
- Provision and manage Azure cloud infrastructure with Terraform and standardized infrastructure-as-code modules.
- Triage and resolve DevOps support tickets within SLA and provide rotating on-call incident coverage.
- Build log aggregation, metrics visualization, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Configure SAML/OIDC identity federation and securely manage Windows AD or Entra ID domains.
- Deploy and document containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
- Partner with development Scrum teams on DevOps collaboration and new project launches.
- Review cloud spend and implement automation to reduce monthly costs.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of CloudOps and/or DevOps experience supporting PaaS/SaaS environments.
- Require proficiency with Azure Cloud services, including Data Factory, AKS, Key Vault, App Services, and Storage Accounts.
- Require experience with Terraform, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Require AZ-900 certification; AZ-104 or AZ-400 certification is preferred.
- Experience with SAML, OIDC, or Okta identity federation is a strong plus.
- Experience with Puppet, Chef, Ansible, infrastructure monitoring/APM, log aggregation, or MLOps is a plus.
- Require strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
