Responsibilities

Train and post-train models for enterprises from design to deployment.
Own customer engagements end-to-end, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Quickly navigate new customer architectures and data systems.
Surface learnings from customer interactions to improve the platform.
Collaborate across teams to define architectures and best practices.

Meaningful AI research experience in industry or academia.
Comfort with unfamiliar codebases and messy real-world data.
Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
Ability to work directly with customers and understand their operations.
Desire to take ownership of problems and deliver outcomes.
Experience training or fine-tuning language models in production settings is a plus.
Background in building RL environments or evaluation frameworks is preferred.
Previous experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup is advantageous.
Technical creativity demonstrated through side projects or published work is a plus.
Experience in customer-facing engineering cultures is beneficial.
