Base Salary

$98k - $116k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation capabilities in the Assisted Manual Test Tool platform for iOS, Android, and payment solution testing.
  • Build automated solutions for functional, integration, regression, stress, and scalability testing.
  • Develop and enhance in-house testing platforms, frameworks, tooling, reporting, and automation coverage.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
  • Support reliable testing across multiple product releases and environments.
  • Troubleshoot software defects, reliability issues, crashes, memory leaks, CPU utilization, resource consumption, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Generate quality metrics, root cause analyses, and recommendations for system performance, scalability, and product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven to nine years of relevant experience with programming concepts, development logic, or automating complex processes.
  • Strong experience in QA Automation, Software Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in one or more of Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, or C/C++.
  • Hands-on experience developing automation frameworks, test tooling, or mobile application test solutions.
  • Experience testing mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, and backend services.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, source control practices, and modern software development methodologies.
  • Experience implementing and supporting automated testing in CI/CD environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance engineering skills.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise automation platforms or in-house test frameworks.
  • Background in financial services, payment processing, POS systems, or transaction-based applications.
  • Knowledge of EMV transaction processing and card-present payment technologies.
  • Experience with mobile automation frameworks, release qualification testing, and large-scale regression testing.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities within Agile/Scrum environments.
