Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, script, test, implement, maintain, and modify robotics process and desktop automations of moderate complexity.
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile applications, backend services, SDK integrations, and platform components.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, automation data strategies, and performance tests.
- Execute API, integration, regression, end-to-end, and release validation automation.
- Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems across mobile clients and backend services.
- Document automation capabilities and operating procedures.
- Estimate project tasks, timelines, costs, and feasibility for automation opportunities.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support quality, stability, and release readiness for production-grade applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Seven to nine years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic, or automating complex processes.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin, with experience writing maintainable automation code.
- Expertise in API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test automation.
- Experience validating RESTful services, mobile-to-backend communication patterns, SDKs, libraries, and platform components across multiple environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience supporting high-scale, production-grade applications and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with test reporting, logging, monitoring, and quality dashboards.
- Knowledge of the Payments or FinTech industry is a plus.
