Base Salary
$170k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Convex’s platforms, dashboard UI, and integrations.
- Collaborate with customers and leadership to define necessary features.
- Understand customer needs and business priorities to make informed tradeoffs.
- Establish good practices and reliability guidelines as the team scales.
- Write high-quality product and platform code.
Requirements
- Strong UX sensibilities and enthusiasm for building intuitive interfaces.
- Ability to conceptualize the needs of users with larger teams.
- Empathy for business drivers and expertise in prioritizing tasks.
- Experience or enthusiasm for scaling in a high-growth startup environment.
- Interest in working in-person at Convex's office in San Francisco.
- Appreciation for clean architectures and ability to write high-quality code.
