Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while maintaining development standards.
- Develop and optimize React.js applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Evaluate and improve development processes and product quality.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in React.js.
- Proficiency in React.js and understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with front-end development tools and frameworks related to React.js.
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
