Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of user stories into robust, scalable technical designs.
- Architect and design secure, scalable solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure 100% unit test coverage for all new logic and maintain an automated test regression suite.
- Conduct thorough Pull Request (PR) reviews and provide feedback to junior developers.
- Manage the deployment cycle, including documentation and final validation in Production.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong background in software engineering principles with experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience within Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
- Expertise in modern AI agent frameworks and data processing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically using Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security features and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
