Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and connectivity projects for proprietary and client-facing trading.
- Prioritize requests from trading desks and coordinate with developers and infrastructure engineers.
- Oversee the onboarding process from initiation to production.
- Bridge communication between clients, trading teams, and technology teams.
- Suggest improvements for team collaboration and project delivery.
Requirements
- Interest in learning about exchange microstructure and trading systems.
- Proficiency in coding with a strong software engineering background preferred.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn complex and evolving systems quickly.
- Fluency in English.
