Responsibilities
- Partner with customer SecOps teams to tailor technical solutions to their security challenges and operational requirements.
- Support sales activities through technical discovery, product demonstrations, prospect meetings, conference calls, onsite visits, seminars, and events.
- Plan, manage, and execute prospect Proof of Value evaluations, including hands-on product installation and troubleshooting.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs by drafting answers and coordinating input from internal technical experts.
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, oversight, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Demonstrate experience leading technical engagements from discovery and requirements gathering through hands-on implementation, POCs or POVs, and post-sale support.
- Have a strong understanding of enterprise network and security architecture, including firewalls, EDR, XDR, SIEM/SOC workflows, and vulnerability management.
- Have experience delivering technical product demonstrations and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting products in customer environments.
- Demonstrate strong time management, multitasking, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with threat exposure management platforms or risk-based vulnerability management tools is preferred.
- Experience working with or for MSSPs, enterprise IT, or security operations teams is preferred.
- Be eligible to work in the country of residence without sponsorship now or in the future.
