Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding from discovery and technical scoping through API integration, terminal deployment, testing, and go-live.
- Design scalable API-based payment integrations connecting Kody’s payment stack with client PMS/POS systems.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients during rollout and guide development teams through testing, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Core Engineering to represent merchant needs and resolve technical blockers.
- Standardize implementation workflows, improve documentation, and convert recurring merchant feedback into product enhancement recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, API integration, technical consulting, or technical support.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex software, network, or hardware integration issues systematically.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical workflows to developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, self-direction, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Professional proficiency in English; Cantonese is a bonus.
