Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions.
- Lead enterprise client engagements from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to articulate feature requests and influence product roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership, industry knowledge, and expertise across cloud and ML products.
- Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell and cross-sell activities with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above.
- At least 3 years of related work experience, preferably in solution architecture or pre-sales solution engineering.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, demonstrated through relevant past projects in technical interviews.
- Preferred experience with genAI solutions such as AI agents, LLMs, and RAG; AI infrastructure such as GPUs and inference accelerators; and public cloud foundations.
- Preferred experience working with large enterprise clients in areas such as fintech, internet applications and DNB, media and entertainment, or gaming.
- Basic to advanced AI and ML knowledge is a plus.
