Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Oversee configuration, integrations, and software releases.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability, performance, and business and vendor alignment.
- Optimize platform performance and reliability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for integration and deployment.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures and cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with software release management and configuration control.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and establish technical standards and best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
