Base Salary
$196k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Ads products and infrastructure across backend and frontend systems.
- Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional leadership to design and scale digital advertising features.
- Architect simple, maintainable systems that support rapid launches and iteration while maintaining technical quality.
- Own projects end to end, including requirements refinement, technical designs and specifications, implementation, launch, and maintenance.
- Promote coding and operational best practices and collaborate with engineers across Revenue Infrastructure, Core Tech, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Strong product judgment, ownership, autonomy, and a focus on impact.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to define solutions to business problems.
- Ability and willingness to mentor engineers on system architecture, API design, data modeling, and tradeoffs.
- Bonus: expertise with Python and/or Rust, TypeScript, React, or React Native.
- Bonus: experience in advertising, experimentation and analysis, or open-source contributions.
