Responsibilities

Analyze client, user, and business needs and design appropriate solutions.
Design backend, frontend, and integration functionality with an emphasis on clean and sustainable solutions.
Contribute to architectural decisions and optimize business processes.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
Help develop the digital mortgage journey and digitize client-facing and back-office processes.
Mentor less experienced colleagues and share knowledge across the team.

Ability to analyze requirements and design sensible solutions.
Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and Kafka messaging.
Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and improve product quality and working processes.
Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills.
Interest in applying AI is welcomed.
Experience or exposure to solution architecture, analysis, testing, security, or performance is a plus.
