Responsibilities

Lead solution design across Microsoft, ServiceNow, modern frameworks, and Drupal platforms.
Develop target and reference architectures that support compliance, scalability, and reuse.
Drive multiple customer solution design projects in parallel from discovery and ideation through deployment.
Conduct business and technical discovery, identify dependencies and gaps, and recommend solutions and technologies.
Present clear, compelling proposals to senior government officials and diverse stakeholders.
Apply engineering disciplines across planning, design, analysis, coding, testing, rollout, and support of information systems architectures.
Design or assist with interface, quality assurance, performance, and cost-benefit standards.
Improve solution design blueprints, team knowledge, methodologies, and use-case inventories.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable experience.
At least 8 years of combined experience in information systems architecture design, analysis, and implementation.
At least 7 years of software development experience.
Microsoft Certification and required Azure Cloud expertise.
ServiceNow Architect Certification is preferred.
U.S. citizenship and ability to successfully complete a government-issued background investigation.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust; prior Public Trust or security clearance is preferred.
Superior verbal and written communication, analytical, critical-thinking, customer problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to motivate and guide technical teams while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
