Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software systems that meet mission criteria and requirements.
- Create services for ingesting, processing, and visualizing large-scale satellite telemetry data.
- Build real-time monitoring systems for anomaly detection, trend analysis, and proactive alerting.
- Maintain high reliability, uptime, performance, availability, and scalability across telemetry systems.
- Use AWS and other Amazon technologies to build highly available software services.
- Collaborate with team members to establish the Leo software organization.
- Help onboard new team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
- Must satisfy applicable export control requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
