Responsibilities
- Architect and lead AI-native system frameworks emphasizing modularity, extensibility, and adaptive scalability.
- Build platform primitives for dynamic AI-driven module and extension generation.
- Design AI-optimized developer workflows and codify AI-native engineering practices.
- Establish best practices for system design, code quality, testing, observability, and operational scalability.
- Prototype and deliver across frontend, backend, and orchestration layers.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while partnering with Product, AI, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-stack system architecture and complex platform engineering experience.
- Deep expertise designing distributed, composable, and extensible systems across frontend and backend environments.
- Hands-on experience with React or Next.js and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience integrating and operationalizing AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
- Experience building plugin frameworks, extension systems, or developer platforms focused on modularity and scalability.
- Track record of defining engineering best practices and demonstrating technical leadership through mentorship and architecture standards.
