Responsibilities
- Build and rapidly iterate on AI-native project management solutions with a small team based on user feedback.
- Lead architectural decisions and develop full-stack features using modern technologies.
- Own features end to end from design and implementation through deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with product and design teams to shape user workflows.
- Drive engineering excellence, reliability, performance, and best practices for AI-powered product development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong end-to-end full-stack application development skills.
- Experience leading complex projects across multiple teams.
- Experience building features that integrate LLMs or other AI technologies.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, empathy, and a passion for user-centered products.
