Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of new Exposures product features using Python, Vue.js, React, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Celery, and Docker.
- Serve as the technical focal point for complex engineering work, including architectural guidance, design reviews, mentoring, and hands-on support for full-stack teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Integration, and Research teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance code.
- Improve engineering productivity by integrating AI tools such as Claude and Augment into development workflows and product features.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong Python proficiency with a backend orientation and experience providing architectural guidance.
- Extensive experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular, along with advanced JavaScript and CSS skills.
- Hands-on database experience with technologies such as MongoDB and ClickHouse, including managing data at scale.
- Preferred: experience with performance optimization, efficient coding for high-scale environments, influencing product roadmaps, and building or integrating AI-powered features and automation workflows.
