Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-complexity, production-ready storage features for AI/ML workloads.
- Architect scalable and performant storage solutions and drive technical design decisions.
- Adapt to fast-paced development cycles in new technical domains.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex system issues at the intersection of storage and machine learning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders across the storage domain to deliver complex features and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience developing performance-oriented storage solutions, including datapath modules.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in a complex, matrixed organization, including technical leadership, project-team leadership, technical direction, and cross-functional or cross-business projects.
