Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end user experiences across the physical network inventory lifecycle.
  • Translate network inventory models, assets, connectivity, and topology into scalable user interfaces.
  • Build GIS-enabled, map-centric applications for visualizing and interacting with physical network assets.
  • Create workflow-driven applications for work orders, asset management, network traceability, routing, and impact analysis.
  • Integrate physical network inventory with field applications, process workflow systems, and address management systems.
  • Create interfaces combining GIS map views, tabular asset data, process panels, forms, and validations.
  • Enable real-time and near-real-time data consistency across integrated network, field, and operational systems.
  • Develop data-quality, spatial-accuracy, validation, and exception-management workflows.
  • Define reusable standards for map interactions, cross-system handoffs, process workflows, and validation.
  • Facilitate design workshops, usability testing, and field-user validation with planners, engineers, and operations teams.
  • Support Product Owners and delivery teams with backlog refinement and clear workflow and integration definitions.
  • Collaborate with platform, GIS, integration, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in GIS product or UX work for enterprise platforms.
  • Strong experience developing process-flow-heavy, role-based systems.
  • Proven experience with GIS-enabled or map-based applications.
  • Experience integrating systems with field applications, workflow management tools, and address or location management systems.
  • Ability to develop data-intensive and spatially complex interfaces involving large datasets, hierarchical relationships, and map-and-table multi-view layouts.
  • Strong understanding of map interaction patterns including layer management, feature selection and editing, zoom, pan, and spatial filtering.
  • Experience translating complex data models and geospatial relationships into intuitive user interactions.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Portal.
  • Experience developing multi-step workflows, cross-system interactions, integrations, exception handling, and validation scenarios.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Desirable experience in telecom, utilities, or network-based industries.
  • Desirable exposure to physical network inventory, OSS, NMS, network topology, spatial editing, network tracing, routing visualization, field mobility, workflow orchestration, address validation, geocoding, data migration, reconciliation, and data-quality frameworks.
  • Desirable experience in large-scale transformation, multi-system integration, API-driven architectures, and event-based integrations.
